Exterior walls
Building envelope from structure to cladding. Airtightness is verified and documented before the wall is closed: the only way to avoid costly rework.
Insulation
Thermal and acoustic insulation meeting Québec Construction Code requirements and the developer's performance targets. Insulation continuity documented with photos before closing.
