Drywall installation
Installation, taping and finishing of drywall on multi-residential and commercial projects. Our crews hold the pace set by the master schedule without sacrificing finish quality.

- Touch-ups before handover

Metal framing
Assembly of light-gauge galvanized steel structures per engineered drawings: interior partitions, load-bearing walls and secondary framing. Tolerances verified before closing.

- Ceiling and bulkhead framing
- Certified fire-rated assemblies
- Alignment and level control

Exterior walls
Building envelope from structure to cladding. Airtightness is verified and documented before the wall is closed — the only way to avoid costly rework.
What it includes
- Exterior wall framing
- Continuous air and vapour barriers
- Flashings, sealants and junction details
- Coordination with the window installer

Insulation
Thermal and acoustic insulation meeting Québec Construction Code requirements and the developer’s performance targets. Insulation continuity documented with photos before closing.
What it includes
- Mineral wool and rigid insulation
- Acoustic insulation between units
- Thermal bridge treatment
- Photo documentation before closing
